Therapeutic hypnosis
Is to be classified among the brief therapies. Its fields of application are very varied: health, management of emotions, personal development, suffering at work, perinatality, separation, mourning, human evolution...

What happens during a session
Contrary to popular belief, therapeutic hypnosis is a gentle and non-authoritative method.
After a preliminary interview, the hypnotherapist guides the patient. The patient always retains control and participates in his hypnotic conditioning. The therapist uses metaphors so that the subject's unconscious itself chooses the solutions to its problems.
The unconscious is a reservoir of resources on which you can draw to accelerate change, and regain self-confidence, self-esteem, develop creativity...
The role of the hypnotherapist is to accompany you in this conquest.

During a hypnotherapy session, the patient, standing, sitting or lying down, goes through several phases:
the muscle relaxation through heavy breathing and body awareness,
the rejuvenating experiences thinking of a positive event,
the therapy in itself which consists in connecting with its resources and skills,
the suggestion is the application of skills.
